Nuevo Vallarta vacation rentals

Absolutely luxurious property with high end everything. Had 4 couples in a 4 bedroom unit. Butler service was phenomenal. They answered all questions and even loaned us his personal Alexa to assist my wheelchair-bound husband. We highly recommend the iced coffee as well as coffee delivered to the room every morning. Attentive housekeeping. I really enjoyed the larger pool on the deck. So nice to site outside with drinks by the pool area. Dining on the deck is a plus as well. Enjoyed the Joy Club activities and attention at the pool. Aqua aerobics and pool blackjack was lots of fun.

I had never been to Nuevo Vallarta and it had been 10+ years since I had been to PV so we didn't know what to expect! But this place met our expectations and more! Sometimes the photos and description don't exactly match and this place met and exceeded our expectations. Linda was great and easy to communicate with. I appreciated her sending a FAQ before we left as traveling to other countries can be daunting at times. But everything listed and sent to us before we left helped and made it an easy arrival. This hotel is massive but one of the nicest in the area. Per other reviews you primarily use shuttles to get around but you can walk. Yes sometimes you have to wait but staying at this building the Residence is the best. They have private shuttles and you don't have to wait in the lines everyone else does. Get to know your shuttle drivers as they are all great. The place is amazing and we had 12 people including 4 kids 9-14 and everyone had plenty of space. The deck was great and we spent plenty mornings and evenings out there. The cleaning staff is incredible and very professional. The residence has their own roof top pool which is beautiful and has amazing views and a great place to enjoy the sunsets. We spent most days at the Grand Myan pool as they have the lazy river there and beach access. The Grand Luxxe pool looked great but seemed more ideal for adults- beautiful pool furniture and pools. The food options were great- you can watch games for sports fans at the Cantina. We did leave property 2 times and yes it does take a bit to get off property but that is also what makes it so nice! We did enjoy the golf that came with the reservation and the spa. We did have a tiny issue but Linda responded quickly and helped us right away! This place is beautiful and has plenty of options for everyone.

We rented a 3 bedroom Loft from Linda and Frank and have to say that not only did the loft overwhelm us but their help along the way made it all the better. The open concept is spectacular with a wall of windows and a full kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, wine rack, and washer and dryer. It was like a home away from home only better. There is a master bedroom down and a second master up. The third bedroom had 2 queen beds which were perfect for the girls. The restaurants were very good with lots of choices. We went to the Santuario at night and saw the lady who does the sand art. Amazing! All in all, this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will be coming back and renting from Linda and Frank again.

I rented this unit for a spring getaway for my family including our three adult children. The unit is beautiful and has plenty of space. Its very luxurious and the expansive patio was well used every evening. The owner is fantastic. She communicates clearly about the rental, check in process, and was also generous enough to answer lots of questions about the area. The resort is huge and you could easily stay the week without leaving. Anything you need is on site including all meals, groceries, and activities. We chose to do a couple of items outside the resort and the staff made it very easy to do so. Transport from the airport was very easy and comfortable - just follow the instructions. The only knock is that the resort will push for attendance at a presentation including some incentives to do so. This is NOT required to rent or enjoy any of the facilities and the owner made this very clear. We would rent from Linda again in a second. Thanks for the amazing vacation!
