Miramar Beach vacation rentals

This was our family's second trip to Sandestin, and this place was so great for our family of four! There was plenty of space, and we loved the remodeled master suite. The large living area was great to relax in after a long day in the sun. The view from the main window was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Wharf and I could even see dolphins swimming in the bay. This location was so great. We were just down the way from the main pool. There is no way we would stay in this resort without a golf cart, so it was great that they had an awesome one with this property. It's the most fun, convenient way to get around. Take advantage of some of the items left behind in the outdoor closet for your beach and pool days. The umbrella was such a bonus to have! Even though there aren't real places to set the umbrella up at the pool, we made it work with the chairs. That's the only downside to the main pool. Hopefully they add umbrellas/more shade in the future. The condo is stocked with everything you need, and yes, those mini toiletries did smell great! And let's talk about Courtney. She couldn't have been more great! She was so easy to communicate with. She was helpful with any questions we had, hooked us up with a new coffee pot ASAP when the last had broke, and went SERIOUSLY ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us with a personal matter we had to deal with. She had no obligation in helping us, but did so with such a cheerful and kind demeanor. We hope to return to this or one of her other properties next year!

This home and its host are absolutely amazing. This house is in a prime location (The Links Golf Course) but in a very quiet neighborhood located inside the Sandestin Resort community. You can relax on the back porch area hammock, fire pit and large table setting area to visit and unwind. There are 2 cooking appliances in the covered porch area. A Blackstone Griddle cook top which is perfect for feeding your family breakfast everyday and a new gas grill to cook burgers or steaks on. Everything you could possibly need for a trip/vacation is already waiting for your arrival. It also comes with a 6 seater golf cart which will take you everywhere you want to go inside the resort and to the beach. Speaking of the beach, the host has you fully stocked on beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. You can load these on the golf cart and hit the beach. This house has so many nice, fine, details to it, I don’t have enough room to list them all. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in all areas of the house, they were terribly sad when we had to leave. Courtney the owner / host goes above and beyond all expected roles of a host. She is always on top of anything and everything ensuring that you have a wonderful trip or vacation. She responds immediately to any questions you may have before, during or after your stay. We had left some items in the house after our departure / check out, the cleaning team immediately notified her and she graciously offered to return our items. This goes to show how well of a team she has built to make this the best place to stay in Sandestin! We stayed in her Miramar Star location in 2020, Linkside Luau in 2021 and have already reserved our spot for Linkside Luau again for 2022. This is how amazing this experience, house, and host are. No need to look anywhere else!

This was my second stay at Sandestin with Courtney as our host, and once again, everything was exceptional. Courtney pays incredible attention to detail, and both of the homes we've stayed in have been perfect for our needs. She is easy to communicate with and always available if anything comes up during your stay. Sandestin is an amazing destination with everything you could possibly need within the community—great restaurants, grocery shopping, golf, pools, and beautiful beaches. You truly never have to leave the resort unless you want to. The golf cart is a fantastic bonus, making it easy to get around and enjoy the beauty of the resort. We loved being able to ride around and take in the scenery. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning again!

This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The host, Courtney, goes above & beyond to make sure her guests feel at home. After you book, she will send you a virtual guidebook to the property. It is filled with all kinds of thoughtful info. The condo is THE CLEANEST I have ever stayed at. It was sparkling and looked very cared for and loved by the owners. It is equipped with everything you need, down to things you don't even realize that you need (Tide Pods, foil, etc.) This place is a GEM. You are truly missing out if you don’t jump on this Lovely condo.

Absolutely fantastic stay for our family of 5!! Every detail is considered in this perfect vacation rental for families and groups alike! Spotless upon arrival. Sunsets face the back deck with a gorgeous view from the master suite. High-end finishes with tile and quartz in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The 6-seater golf cart is a MUST for a fun week, and we used it every day! The shed with all beach chairs, toys, and umbrella is everything you need! And the arcade was a huge hit for our kids at night before bed!! Seriously…we enjoyed the perfect week at the perfect vacation rental!! Courtney is the best host and communication was excellent from the day we booked!! We can’t wait to be back!!

My wife and I went with another couple, and our only regret was not staying longer. Julie was very open in communication and readily accessible with answers to questions. The condo was supremely clean and very comfortable for four adults. The two bedrooms/bathrooms separated by the kitchen and entryway allowed a comfortable space, yet the common area (kitchen/dining/living) was spacious enough for all of us to hang out together. TV's in every room was an added bonus. The "app" (online guide) that you can install on your phone is awesome! This allowed us to almost experience being there before we even left home. As my wife and I sat outside on the deck before leaving this morning, we noted how peaceful the location is, yet it is very convenient to everything on and off the resort, especially with the use of the golf cart. Highly recommend this rental, whether for a quick getaway or a longer-term stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Macaw Cove" in Sandestin. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring throughout Sandestin and especially enjoyed having access to the golf cart to do so. We found the beach to be pretty crowded during our stay, but our host recommended a nearby beach that was just beautiful and much less crowded. Our host was great at communicating with us and answering all of our questions. Highly reccomend!

We had another AirbnB place booked originally, but when we showed up, it had not been cleaned from previous renters several days earlier...it was a mess. With a baby and a toddler at 6pm in the evening, we couldn't stay there and stayed somewhere for the night. Airbnb and the host reimbursed our money, and we found Chad and Amanda's place the next morning for a last-minut booking. They bent over backwards to get us checked in early because of our rough night the day before. The place was perfect. My wife and I had our daughter, her husband and our two grand kids with us and the place and it was It was clean and inviting. We would definitely rent it again. I can't say enough about this place, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The location, cleanliness, amenities, and everything about it was great for our size of family. Since our grandkids were so young, we didn't even use the third bedroom, so we had plenty of room. Thank you Chad and Amanda for your hospitality.
