How It Works
All Houfy hosts are eligible to create custom URLs that direct people to your listing.
Multiple listings? Set up individual URLs or choose one for your combined listings.
Important Notes
Each URL is valid only while your listing or account is active
URLs may be forfeited if your listing or account is deactivated
You don't own your custom URL - Houfy may end your use upon policy violations

Best Practices
Length & Format
- • Minimum 5 characters
- • Use hyphens to separate words
- • Include at least one letter
- • Keep it memorable and descriptive
Content Guidelines
- • Include location information
- • Mention property type
- • Add unique identifiers
- • Use your name or brand
Setup Instructions
For Multiple Listings
Go to Menu → Manage Listings to set up one custom URL for each listing or choose a combined URL
For Individual Listings
Go to Menu → Manage listing → Edit → Property Details

Each listing can only have one custom URL at a time

These restrictions help maintain quality and prevent confusion in our marketplace.
Prohibited Content
Brand Protection
- • Any variation of the word "Houfy"
- • Content that violates brand guidelines
- • The word "verified"
- • The word "official" (unless sanctioned)
Format Restrictions
- • Symbols or punctuation (except hyphens)
- • Fewer than five characters
- • Content violating acceptable use policy
Cannot Consist Only Of
Generic Property Types
- • Apartment
- • Cottage
- • Loft
- • Home
Generic Locations
- • Miami
- • Beach
- • Mountain
- • City names only
Numbers Only
All URLs must contain at least one letter
