How to add linen, pool heat or other optional fees to your listing:

1. Please select Menu > Manage Listings.

2. Select the listing you want to edit, and then click Edit.

3. Click Pricing from the left menu and click on Rates & Fees.

4. Scroll down to the Additional Fees section and click its header to open it - the sections on this page start closed.

5. Click Add a fee and fill in the form:

   • Fee Name - for example Linen Fee or Pool Heat

   • Amount, and Type: Fixed ($) or Percentage (%)

   • Tick (optional) if the guest should be able to choose whether to take it. Leave it unticked and the fee is charged on every booking.

   • The other tick-boxes are Taxable, Per Night, Per Person and Based on Hours. Min Nights, Max Nights and Max Qty are optional limits.

6. Click Add Fee.

The fee is saved straight away and appears in the list, where you can edit it with the pencil icon or remove it with the trash icon. There is no separate Save button on this page.
