Can I list my clients homes as a property manager on Houfy under my account, or is it meant for owners only?

Houfy welcomes both owners and property management companies.

Yes. You can list the homes you manage for your clients under your own Houfy account - Houfy is not owner-only.

Tell us who manages the property, on each listing

Go to Edit listing > Settings > Contact person and, in the Property managed by section, choose Property Manager. The other options are Owner, Host, and - for boats - Charter Manager.

Whichever you pick is shown to guests on the listing page, so choosing Property Manager is what tells a guest they are booking through a management company.

Verification for property managers

On the listing's Verifications page you will see a box for a government-issued ID, which is required. You can also add a link to the same property on another site - Airbnb, VRBO, or your own management website - under Choose a site. That link is optional: it helps, but it does not gate verification. There is no upload field for a management or co-hosting agreement, so you do not need to prepare one per property; if we ever need one, we will ask you by email.

One thing that changes in your favour: because the listing is marked as managed by a property manager, Houfy does not ask you for a utility bill in the owner's name for it - that box shows as Optional instead of Required.

If you manage a large portfolio

You can also invite colleagues as co-hosts on individual listings, so they can help manage details and reservations from their own accounts.
