Guest will receive a gate code and house code upon arrival.

Payment Policy

100% due at booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$150 security (damage) deposit refunded after check-out and home inspected with no damage or loss. There is also a separate Refundable $150 Water Equipment Deposit collected if Water Equipment is used.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Notes

Pets must be approved by the owner and there will be a $150 non-refundable Pet Fee. Boat Lift available for $50 a night if used.
