For those with an RV, you have the option to hook up an RV to electricity on the property for an additional fee of $5 per day (please make sure to update us that you intend to do so), although sewage hookups are not available.

While our backyard is open for camping, we kindly ask that guests refrain from campfires; instead, we provide a dedicated fire pit for this purpose.

While swimming directly from our property is restricted for safety reasons, guests have unrestricted access to the Brazos River and are encouraged to bask in its natural splendor. This includes fishing and other water-based activities. We provide a pack n play and a high chair for our younger guests, however, note that the property is not baby-proofed. It has stairs both inside and outside the house, and is built on high pilings, which require climbing stairs to access. Therefore, we welcome babies at your own responsibility only.

Despite offering sleeping space for up to 19 guests, its important to note that only 13 spots are suitable for adults, with the rest being top bunk beds designed for kids. While the top bunks accommodate standard single mattresses (75 inches long), theyre not suitable for individuals over 190 lbs, and the stairs arent suitable for adults either.

We cap overnight guests at 13 adults and 6 kids for the bunks, though we recommend a mix of 8 adults (3 kings, 1 queen) and 11 kids (5 bunks totaling 10 beds, plus 1 top bunk over a queen). Check out the rooms description and photos for more insight.
