Twin Oaks is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood of Largo, Florida - surrounded by majestic oak and palm trees just minutes from the Gulf Coast’s best beaches. Indian Rocks Beach is just 5 minutes away; Clearwater Beach, consistently ranked among America’s finest, is 15 minutes. The broader Pinellas County area offers vibrant culture - the Dalí Museum, the Chihuly Collection, Sunken Gardens - plus a thriving food scene, waterfront parks, and year-round sunshine. Close to everything, tranquil when you want it.

The house comes with the two car garage and a driveway, which can park up to four vehicle vehicles, with street parking in front of the house. The best way to get around is with a vehicle, a golf cart, bicycles, or rideshare companies are readily available in the area. Indian rocks Beach is a five minute drive from the house, a 15 minute drive to Clearwater, and Gulfshore Boulevard and all Beach access from the house to Saint Pete is about a 20 minute drive..

This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, drug-free property. Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $500 charge.

🌞 POOL HEATING
The pool is heated from October to February for an additional charge. Please ask us about current rates when booking.

🕐 LATE CHECKOUT
Check-out time must be strictly observed. Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a penalty fee.
