I have lived in Sunny Scottsdale almost 20 years. I don't think I could ever leave! I never get tired of the mountains, sunsets, serene sunrises, peaceful palm trees, the cute hummingbirds, amazing wild lovebirds, the perfect winters and the constant sunshine! I only bought my first ever place less than 2 years ago, which is this very perfect little cozy condo. I was so very lucky to get such a fantastic location, which is close to absolutely everything. I initially bought the condo for myself after a divorce and thought is was beyond the perfect fit for me! But life had other (amazing) plans for me and I live nearby. I am able to offer this unique condo in an astounding setting to others who will appreciate its Zen-like surroundings.
