Waterfront Pool & Spa Living

The screened lanai is the heart of Villa Tranquility. Spend sunny afternoons beside the heated saltwater pool, unwind in the built-in spa, or enjoy dinner outdoors with the grill and alfresco dining area.

Overlooking the canal, the lanai offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and evenings by the water. Keep watch for dolphins, manatees, and other Florida wildlife that occasionally visit the canals.

Private Dock, Boat Lift & WaveRunner Lift

Boating enthusiasts can enjoy a private waterfront dock with a 10,000-pound-rated boat lift and WaveRunner lift. Charlotte Harbor open-water access is approximately 10 minutes away by boat, making Villa Tranquility an excellent home base for exploring Punta Gorda and Southwest Florida by water.

Guests wishing to use either lift should contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements and operating requirements can be provided before placing a boat or personal watercraft on the equipment.

Nearby marinas also offer boat and watercraft rental opportunities.

Three King Bedrooms

Villa Tranquility offers three comfortably furnished bedrooms, each featuring a king bed.

The primary suite includes generous closet space and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.

Two additional king bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the villa and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and spacious vanity.

Additional convertible sleeping spaces allow the home to accommodate up to 9 overnight guests.

Comfortable Indoor-Outdoor Living

The open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and spending time together, along with books, magazines, games, and puzzles for quieter moments at home.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances makes preparing everything from morning coffee to family dinners easy. Both the kitchen and living area open directly onto the screened lanai, creating a seamless connection to the pool, spa, and waterfront.

Your stay includes complimentary use of kayaks, beach bikes, fishing gear, and beach gear.

Fishermen’s Village is approximately a 25-minute walk or less than a 15-minute bike ride away, offering waterfront restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beautiful Charlotte Harbor views.

Downtown Punta Gorda offers even more restaurants, bars, parks, shops, and waterfront attractions, while the Harborwalk and surrounding paths provide wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling.
