With kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, beach gear, and waterfront views included, this canal-front vacation home is designed for relaxing by the water, exploring Punta Gorda, and enjoying the best of Florida indoor-outdoor living.

The Space

Villa Tropical is a bright, spacious canal-front home designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection. The open living room welcomes you with comfortable seating, books, games, puzzles, local magazines, and peaceful views of the pool, hot tub and spa, lanai, canal, and dock. On rare cool Florida evenings, the gas fireplace in the living room adds a warm, cozy atmosphere.

The home accommodates up to 8 overnight guests with three king beds and one queen hide-a-bed. Please seek prior permission before hosting any additional visitors.

The primary suite features a private walk-in closet, direct access to the pool and hot tub spa, and an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and double-sink vanity. At the opposite end of the villa, two beautifully furnished bedrooms each include closet space and share a full bathroom with a tub, shower, and double-sink vanity.

Unwind beside the newly renovated heated saltwater pool and hot tub spa — one of Villa Tropical's most relaxing waterfront features. The lanai offers the perfect setting for sunny afternoons, quiet mornings, and peaceful evenings by the water.

Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, cook on the grill, or relax around the propane coffee table fire pit in comfortable outdoor seating. From the lanai, take in panoramic canal views and watch for manatees, dolphins, and other Florida wildlife near the dock.

The pool, hot tub, spa, lanai, private dock, and canal views create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience — ideal for guests who want a true Punta Gorda waterfront stay.

Dock, Kayaks, Bikes, and Included Gear

For guests who love to explore, Villa Tropical includes 2 kayaks, 4 bicycles, fishing rods, beach gear, and a private dock — all provided free of charge. Paddle the canals, bike the neighborhood, fish from the dock, or head to the beach without extra rental costs.

For safety and wildlife protection, swimming in the canal is not recommended.

Location

Villa Tropical is ideally located near Punta Gorda's waterfront paths, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Fishermen's Village is just a 25-minute walk or roughly a 10-minute bike ride away, offering dining, bars, shopping, harbor views, and entertainment along the waterfront.

Downtown Fort Myers is approximately a 34-minute drive for guests who want to explore beyond Punta Gorda.

Special Touches

As a welcome gesture, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine will be waiting in the refrigerator upon your arrival. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer otherwise.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a comprehensive digital guidebook with villa details, local attractions, and recommended restaurants and bars throughout Punta Gorda.

Cleaning

The property is cleaned following CDC Guidelines.

Important Notes

There are no recording devices inside the home, nor on the back deck, patio, dock area, or lanai. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.

Early check-in and late check-out are accommodated whenever possible based on availability.
