This unit offers 1300 sq feet of living space with clean and minimalist neutral vibe. It features 2 spacious bedroom with a connected full bathroom in the masters bedroom. It is tastefully furnished with beautiful furnitures, luxurious memory foam mattresses, flat screen tv in the living room and masters bedrooms. The kitchen features quartz countertops, recessed lights, flat panel cabinetry, and brand new stainless steel appliances.

The unit has its own coffee station offering a Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffee and tea options. Furnished with a computer desk and chair, complete cooking essentials, and toiletries. Laundry room is conveniently accessible inside the unit.

TV streaming is offered with guests accessing their own respective accounts when using paid apps such as Netflix, HULU, Peacock, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.

WIFI included with your stay.

Full access to the whole unit except for the locked closet in the living room that is being used as a storage room.

PLEASE NOTE...there is a camera located at the entrance of the property. This is solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Door entrance is on the ground level but there is a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor where the unit is located.

Access to pool and fitness room amenity are for guests staying over 60 days only. NO exceptions. No refunds will be given due for any issues accessing these areas.

Fireplace is NOT available for use.

We will send you the full check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival.

Self-check-in is anytime anytime 4:00 pm. Check in instructions will be provided to you 24 hours prior to arrival. It will be activated at exactly 4pm the day of check in.

Check out time is no later than 11 am. NO exceptions. Guests checking out later than 11 am without a host approval, will be charged $200 penalty fee.

🌡️ We lock our thermostat to so if you need to have the temperature adjusted, we can do it for you remotely. If you are not comfortable with this, our place is not the right fit for you.

There is NO pool access for short term stays.
*For guests staying 60 days or more, you must register with the HOA and pay a $45 for your pool badge.

If you have any requests or concern prior to or during your stay, please contact me directly. Do NOT go to the main office or ask next door tenants and or security.

A note about the Cleaning Fee and check out:

The cleaning fee a departure clean only. Please be courteous enough to load the dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle in addition to taking out the trash upon check out. This keeps the place sanitary and will allow us to continue charging a minimal cleaning fee for all of our guests.
