This home is a single story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you step in, you are greeted by a nice and open floor plan that easily leads up to a beautiful and inviting great room. Fully furnished with modern farmhouse style elements.

A massive flat screen 65" inch tv to stream and enjoy all your favorite shows and movies through ROKU, HULU, Netflix, Sling, and more. The masters bedroom is furnished with its own 55" tv. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens and bedding. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and all of the basic cooking essentials to prepare a family home cooked meal.

We've also provided a KEURIG coffee maker and a variety of coffee and creamer for you to use. A private laundry room is available inside the laundry room Complimentary WIFI is available.

Our place is ideal for nurses and health care professionals that have taken an assignment to work in our city or families that would like to be in a safe and newer neighborhood. We are located near the VA Hospital, Centennial Hills Hospital, Summerlin hospital. and various Quick Care clinics.

The backyard is desert landscaped. However there is a community park right behind the home with a community playground.

Pet policy:

We allow only 1 pet per reservation for an extra $175 pet fee. Must be at least 1 year of age, potty trained, and under 45lbs. Must take dog out to the nearby community park not the backyard for potty breaks.

Quiet hours from 9pm - 8 am. No shoes inside the house. Max 3 cars per reservation.
