Our cabin features two rooms - one of them being a loft at the top of the A-Frame which feels like a cozy tree house and has a balcony overlooking the backyard and deck.

The open concept living area features
space to eat, dine, entertain, and gather around the tv to watch all your favorite movies on our smart TV.

The bathroom has it's own heater for those colder winter months!

Enjoy the deck around the fire pit for seating for all or use the BBQ to grill a home cooked meal under the string lights.

We also have an additional deck in the front to enjoy the crisp mountain air.

We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance from Snow Play (tubing in the winter and gokarts in the summer) and the best breakfast and pie spots Big Bear has to offer!

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

House-trained and friendly dogs 1 yr+ are welcomed. Up to 2 dogs allowed, additional dogs may be allowed w/ an added pet fee.

Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of the backyard locked storage shed.

Please note...there are outdoor cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property, activated only by motion. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

During the winter season: Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

Bear Valley offers many effortless transportation options for guests and residents connecting all of their mountain communities! Local transportation options include: Uber and Lyft, Big Bear Taxi and Mountain Transit.

Mountain Transit operates Weekend Trolley service providing transportation between local restaurants, hotels, ski resorts, and shopping venues throughout the City of Big Bear Lake.

Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Route 5 OTM even connects our mountain communities to the Inland Empire.

If you are looking to go up the mountain or down the mountain catch Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM). Route 5 OTM connects Big Bear to Running Springs and San Bernardino making connections with Omnitrans, Metrolink, Greyhound, and other various stops.

The home does not have central air-conditioning, but rather during the warmer summer months the cabin’s main living area includes a portable floor AC unit, the downstairs bedroom has a cooling fan (equipped with ice packs), and the loft bedroom upstairs has a window unit. Central AC is not typical for mountain cabins.
