A summer luge, restaurants, bars, pubs and the centre of Flachau are all within a short walk. It is a top location just 150 metres from the eight-seater lift in the World Cup resort Flachau. After just a few minutes’ walk, you can strap on your skis or board and set off on the piste for a fabulous skiing day. Winter hiking paths, cross-country trails and apres-ski bars await you nearby.

In front of every chalet there is a lovely grill area with a garden table, benches and deckchairs. You can use a Weber bell grill free of charge.

There are two lakes with free entry. The Amade thermal baths are just a 10-minute drive away.
