New Smyrna Beach vacation rentals

Our recent stay at Sea Mist Escape was so memorable and enjoyable. The condo is cute, very clean and decorated with special touches. We really love to cook. The kitchen was well-equipped and filled with everything imaginable, even an air fryer. Coffee lovers have the choice of a Keurig or a regular drip coffee maker. The grounds are beautiful with trails and 3 swimming pools. Our dog really enjoyed his walks and nature. Nancy rolled out the red carpet for our dog, Riley, too! There are baskets of dog bowls, blankets and a book of local dog-friendly places. She even hid a darling turtle named Todd for him to find in condo. We were really surprised how many cute touches shampoos, conditioners, paper towels, bags and even paper plates are supplied. Last but not least, I had the very best sleep ever! The bed is so comfortable and has a bed jet, which was new to us and we loved it! We have never felt so welcomed and are getting ready to make reservations for spring.

July 30 - August 6, 2016 This was a last minute opening which fit exactly into the dates we were scheduled to be in New Smyrna. What a blessing!!! Stayed for 7 nights of beautiful weather, tranquil ocean front view of sunrises, perfect access to beach and pool. Home is furnished with everything you need or forgot to bring. We spent much time enjoying the ocean breeze in the rocking chairs on the back porch while watching my daughters and grandchildren. Being able to see both the ocean and pool from the condo is great but having them both just steps away from the door is a dream come true for any family. Loved the windows throughout the condo, the separate entrance to master bedroom, and especially the dining table with an ocean front view which made meals a pleasure. Plus, we were so lucky on our night walk on beach to witness turtle eggs hatching and watched hundreds of little turtles making their way to the ocean. What an awesome experience! Kim and Danny spared no expense when updating their beautiful veranda condo. Everything is as nice (and cute) as the pictures: comfy bed, fun artwork (love the surfboards!), well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms (a salon brand flat iron to boot!) and the best backpack beach chairs! Sea Woods is one of my favorite beachside communities. Pools and other amenities were great (and very clean) and the beach is right across the street with a designated beach access! Honored to have been one of their first guests!

This was our second time staying at the Beach Side Home in NSB. We are a family with four children ages 15-8 from Michigan. This home meets our spring break vacation needs perfectly! We greatly appreciate the things provided by the owners including: 2 bicycles, a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels that make our packing easier. Other things we particularly love at this house are: -the very short, easy walk to the beach -the uncrowded beach at this location (no beachfront condos here!) -the pool and comfortable outdoor furniture -the comfortable beds -the master bathroom shower -the bedroom layout with master on one side and kids rooms on the other side -the TVs -the well-equipped kitchen so we can eat most meals at home -the proximity to bike paths, shopping, dining, and Bethune park with basketball courts This year, we spent a lot of time at the basketball courts, taking bike rides (all the way to Ponce Inlet), beach time, and relaxing at the pool. Our favorite nearby restaurants include C's Waffles, Mi Mexico, and the Chinese take out in the Publix plaza. The owners thoughtfully provide a starter pack of snacks, coffee pods, and sunscreen so you can start your vacation immediately upon arrival. We hope to return again next year. Thank you!

This was one of the best and easiest trips we have had as a family of four (plus two dogs). Stacy was excellent to communicate with. She even let us know of a rocket launch at Port Canaveral that we could watch on the beach the days we were there. The condo had everything we needed to hit the beach (beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler). The condo was fully stocked. All we brought were clothes and food and everything else was there. The pool was right by the unit on the first floor and the garage parking was a plus (kept our truck cool at all times). There were plenty of areas for our dogs to do their business and there is a nice boardwalk in the back of the property in the mangroves. The property also have doggie bags all over so no need to bring those either. I like that there was a hose outside of the building where you could wash off all the sand from the beach in addition to the wash station by the Oceanwalk boardwalk as soon as you leave the beach. The view from the balcony was nice just really hot until sundown. All the restaurants were within a 10-15 minute radius (Downtown Flagler). I honestly think we will back to visit this exact condo because everything was just so easy for our family.

We were the host's very first guests at this charming condo, and we were thoroughly impressed! The place was sparkling clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The updated bathrooms felt luxurious, and the adjustable king-size Tempurpedic bed in the master bedroom was a dream come true – so comfortable! Another huge plus was the direct beach access. Plus, having two pools in the complex was a great bonus for cooling off after a day in the sun. We especially appreciated the clear communication from the host. We felt well-prepared for our stay and had no trouble finding the condo or settling in. Overall, this condo is a perfect beach getaway for couples or families. We highly recommend it!

I have rented a lot of places between Airbnb and Vrbo and I have to say that Amy’s place is one of my favorites! The location was perfect and the condo was right on the beach. The beach was never overly crowded and the pool at the condo was very nice as well. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked with everything you could ever need for your trip to be comfortable. There were plenty of beach items for our use as well such as a beach wagon, umbrella, cooler, beach towels. The host was great and answered any questions I had very promptly. I would definitely stay in this condo again if I ever return to the area!

Our trip was our family of four~a single Momma and her three young adult children. This was our first vacation as a family just the four of us. The condo was exactly as we expected~gorgeous!! We were right on a private beach which allowed multiple trips to the beach and a swimming pool as well. The condo was clean and spacious enough that we didn’t get in each other’s way but also provided room for me to connect with each child on a level we hadn’t achieved on some time!! The sunrise were my favorite part quickly followed by the rocket launches you could see right from the beach. We had done some research on New Smyrna before we came so we knew we would eat our once per day and the other meals we could prepare in the spacious kitchen with all the cooking utensils/cookware provided. The parks at each end of the “island” should be on your list of must do’s!! The food was delicious and the people friendly. We were able to make a quick trip into Disney Springs as well as Kennedy Space Center. The beds were very comfortable and Abbie was very easy to communicate with. We are definitely planning on a yearly trip!!
