👥 Max 12 person Occupancy: Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property overnight.

🚛 No Trailers: RVs, trailers, and oversized commercial vehicles are not allowed to park at the property.

💰 Long-Term Stays: For all stays of 30 days or more, a refundable $1,500 security deposit is required.

👟 Gym & Games: Please use fitness and game equipment responsibly and return items to their places.

🔥 Firepit & BBQ Safety: Ensure the firepit and BBQ are completely turned off after use.
