Bariz, was friendly and accommodating to our request to check in early. The house looked exactly like on the pictures would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed space! Gracious and responsive hosts the have the gift of hospitality. Felt like home. Used the pool quite a bit, which is a great area to decompress. Highly recommend for your Vegas stay.

The location was great, we could literally walk to the MGM, the building had its own Starbucks (always a plus) and this apartment has an spectacular view of Vegas, breathtaking. All of our Ubers to go places were under $10, because it was in the middle of everything. Apartment was super clean, no clutter, everything that we needed was there. It was all the comforts of a hotel room but with the added benefits of microwave, fridge and stove. Bed and pillow was comfy, the bathroom even had a his and hers sink. In summary, we loved the place. We cant wait to be back ☺️

I have nothing but good things to say. We ran into a snag a couple days before our check in. We were told the air con was having issues but should be fixed by the time we checked in. Unfortunately, the work ended up being more major than initially communicated by the technician to them and we had to put up with it for a few days. However, our hosts Michael(whom we had most of our communication with) & Ben were very proactive the whole time and made us at ease by working with us through the whole process. They offered us multiple options and were very fair when it came to compensating us. As for the place itself, it was in great condition. Just like the photos and just as advertised. The complex itself is secure with good amenities and within walking distance of the Strip. I would definitely stay here again or at one of their other listings in the future.

Madeline was an excellent hostess and exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and having a private bathroom right next to the room was a happy surprise. I also had the whole bottom floor to myself, which made the stay feel very private and comfortable. Madeline went above and beyond by helping me with several things I had forgotten to pack, which I really appreciated. She was also a great local reference for where to go and what to do nearby. The nearby Desert Breeze Community Center was a great bonus, with affordable activities like badminton, weights, and a pool. I also appreciated that Madeline lives in the home. In my experience, when the owner lives on-site, things tend to go more smoothly, and that was absolutely true here. Madeline takes great care of the home and her guests. I would definitely recommend staying with her.

My best friend and I had such a good stay at this home. It was very comfortable and clean and I felt safe in the neighborhood since it was gated. Joanne was always responsive every time I had a question and checking in and out was so easy. The house had everything we needed and then some! My friend and I are really glad we stayed in this beautiful home and would definitely book with these hosts again! :)

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with a group of her friends, and it was absolutely perfect! From the pool to the pickleball court, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The house was even more beautiful in person — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It was also super convenient being so close to the Vegas Strip. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth from start to finish. It made for such a fun and memorable weekend. Highly recommend!
