We are located on the ground floor. There is no cable service offered at this Airbnb. All of our tv's have smart-enabled streaming capability, and all guests must log in to their own accounts. Our cleaning fee covers departure clean only. Requests for in-between-stay cleaning can be accommodated if enough notice is given for a fee. Maximum 4-person occupancy only. No pets or smoking allowed.

Bathroom 2: How to operate the shower handle
1.) Turn the front handle closest to you first to turn on the water.
2.) Turn the handle in the back to adjust the temperature
3.) Do not turn the 2 handles at the same time
4.) The temperature is reversed.

We require a $500 refundable security deposit for bookings longer than 2 weeks due within 3 days of confirmed booking. We will be sending a request through the Airbnb app.

🚫Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $85 charge for the first hour and $40.00/per 30 minutes increments thereafter up to a maximum of $350/day.
