Luxurious ammenities include a 55-inch flat screen LED smart tv hooked up with Roku allowing you to use your account to stream local channels on the Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu app and more. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, and basic household essentials . Fully stocked to allow you to prepare your own home-cooked meals. There is a private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer accessible inside the unit. Complimentary Wifi is also available.

Keyless entry with a 4 digit code assigned to you. Take note, do NOT show up at the property or attempt to access the unit prior to the 4:00 pm check in. This will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Pool and gym access is only subject to availability. Pool operation is mandated by the HOA and is not an ammenity we offer as hosts. No refunds will be given if the pool or gym is closed during your stay.

We respond to all inquiries within 1-2 hours or less. All messages received after 6pm, will be returned the next day.

Check in instructions will be provided the day before check in

Other things to note:

❗️No pool or gym access for stays less than 60 days. No exceptions.

- Self-check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm. A door code will be provided to you to access the front door 2-3 hours prior to check in. It will be activated at exactly 4pm the day of check in.
- Check out time is no later than 11 am. Late checkout is subject to availability and if approved will be a $75 charge due through the airbnb resolution center
- There are 2 beds available for use (queen bed in the masters and
and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom). The couch in the living room is not a sofa bed.

-Shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent toilet paper, dishwashing soap, cookware, dishes, and glassware is provided. For long term guests, we provide a starter kit on supplies for your 1st week stay. You must buy your own supplies once it runs it.
-Lost pool/fitness center fob will be a $35 charge

TV streaming:

We do not provide cable rather tv streaming only. You must log in to your own Netflix or Hulu account if you wish to use these apps. Otherwise, Sling TV is complimentary.

Do not throw any food debris in the kitchen sink. It will be a $150 repair fee is it gets clogged.
