The Boutique Appartements Saalbach consist of two high-quality holiday apartments: the Garden Suite and the Penthouse Suite. The wellness area, pool deck and other outdoor facilities are shared by guests of both apartments.

The property is located in a peaceful, nature-oriented setting and offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and the Glemmtal valley.

The house is designed for relaxation and enjoyable holidays. Parties are not permitted and guests are required to observe quiet hours.The Garden Suite at the Boutique Appartements Saalbach combines modern design, an alpine living atmosphere and a peaceful location with breathtaking views of the mountains of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Spanning approximately 70 m², the holiday apartment accommodates 4 to a maximum of 5 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

The Garden Suite is located on the ground floor and features two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy reading corner and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Direct access to the garden creates a particularly relaxing living experience. Comfortable garden furniture invites guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the tranquil surroundings.

For entertainment, the apartment offers a large UHD flat-screen TV and a wireless SONOS sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the property.

A special highlight of the Boutique Appartements is the shared wellness and pool area. The year-round heated outdoor hot tub on the pool deck offers magnificent views of the Glemmtal valley and the surrounding mountains.

In addition, guests have access to a sauna, infrared cabin, shower, relaxation area and a high-end massage bed. A 20-minute full-body massage on the massage bed is already included for each guest once per stay.

During the summer season, guests can also enjoy a heated outdoor pool with a sun deck. Sun loungers, parasols, a covered dining area and a gas barbecue make the pool deck the perfect place to relax on warm summer days.

The location is also particularly attractive for families. The well-known Talschluss area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, featuring the Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps, a high ropes course, mountain huts and numerous other leisure activities, is located nearby.

During the summer season, the JOKER CARD is included in the stay. It offers numerous complimentary services and discounts in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, including the use of participating mountain lifts as well as additional benefits for leisure activities and attractions.

In winter, guests benefit from the property's excellent location within the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area. The complimentary private Mountain Shuttle transports guests directly from the Boutique Appartements to the Walleggalm and into the ski area.

Depending on snow conditions, direct or very close access to the ski slopes is possible. The nearest lift facilities include the Hochalmbahn and the Zwölferkogel Nord cable cars. After a day on the slopes, guests can return to the accommodation either via the ski-run connection, depending on snow conditions, or by using the shuttle service.

A lockable ski and bike storage room is available for guests to store skis and bicycles. During the winter season, a ski boot dryer ensures warm and dry ski boots.

Dogs are also welcome upon prior request. An additional fee will be charged to cover the extra cleaning effort.
