Fishing just steps away from the house. We have a few fishing poles or bring our own. We also have folding lawn chairs/drink cooler to take lakeside.

Working remote is not a problem with our desk, monitor and wireless printer. Extra DVDs in the side bookshelf.

The sunsets, enjoying a glass of wine are my favorite.

Grand views from living room windows allow you to enjoy the water whether you are working remotely, prepping a meal in our full kitchen or just catching up with conversation on the sectional.

Large dining table with bench. Additional chairs are in the home too for extra seating.

Open concept kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen to include blender, popcorn maker, mixing bowles, casserole dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes, spices, etc.

Coffee is life! Lots of options to include drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Kuerig and drip.

Forget your dog bowl? We got you covered with both water/food bowls for Fido.

Primary Bedroom with King bed, adjustable frame for both head and feet. Enclosed patio/side yard with grass through french doors (shades built in for room darkening) for Fido to use! Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Walk in closet has the extra lawn chairs, lawn games and life vests. There is a 44" smart tv on the dresser.

Queen bed room gives you plenty of space to unwind in private. Large armoire holds extra blankets, bedding an queen air mattress.

Adjustable bed so you can start your day, sitting up and enjoying the gorgeous morning lake view.

We are on one of the best lakes in Texas. From kayaking, SUP boarding, boating or just swimming in the lake - this is where you want to be!

This room has 2 twin-xls that can be put together to make another king bed (this room has amazing lake view.) Bedding in closet for king bed - Please let us know if we can set it up before your arrival. Bunk beds in this room too.

Bunk beds are twin beds. Drawers below bottom bed is loaded with games/puzzles for the kids. Max weight on ladder and top bunk is 150lbs.

Twin Xl beds together to make a King bed. Please let us know before your stay, if we can make up the king bed for you!

Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is in between the queen bed and the Twin Xl bunk bed rooms.

Plenty of seating on the covered deck. Large tree shades you from the afternoon sun. Propane bbq and lawn seating too to capture the beautiful sunset water views. Only 3 steps up to the front door and the entire house single story.

Play games or just enjoy the water view on our spacious deck.

Rent wave runners/watercraft nearby - we can give you plenty of suggestions to make your trip full of memories.

Plenty of park like green space to enjoy lawn games or even a morning yoga session.

We have our own lake floats to use too! (not pictured)
