🧹 Extended-Stay Cleaning

For reservations longer than 30 nights, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required approximately every 30 days during the stay.

- Rockford mid-stay cleaning fee: $130 per required cleaning (the property's standard cleaning rate)
- Includes bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, dusting/common areas, trash removal, and a general property condition walk-through
- Routine laundering of sheets, towels, or personal items is not included. Guests are responsible for laundering their own linens and towels using the property washer and dryer
- Starter household consumables are provided for approximately the first 7 nights. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables after that period
- Maintenance concerns identified during the cleaning or property condition walk-through are reported to management and maintenance is scheduled separately as needed
- Guests must provide reasonable access for the scheduled cleaning

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the rec room, movie theatre, and balcony. For your convenience, entry is contactless via a smart lock with a unique door code provided 24 hours before your arrival.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.
