The entire Tiny Home unit of this quadplex is your private unit. There are thick insulated walls separating units. The only shared space is the laundry room which has high-end LG Tromm Steam Washer/Dryer. Outdoor patio is for your use with large amazing grill and nice views of downtown.

Other things to note
You will get your own private gated-parking spot behind a locking 8-foot fence. Street parking is also free and easy to come by. Please let us know if you'll need an additional parking spot ahead of time.
