Nestled in the Arts and Crafts Community, close to Rocky Top Sports, and just minutes to Gatlinburg strip, our classic cabin offers the perfect blend of cozy rustic charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal retreat for family and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Spacious Accommodations
Comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, featuring a king suite with ensuite bath for ultimate privacy and relaxation. The double queen-over-queen bunk room is perfect for kids or groups, complete with its own bathroom. You'll also find two additional queen bedrooms on the main and lower levels, each adjacent to extra bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to unwind.

Entertainment and Recreation
Get ready for some fun in our spacious game room, where you can challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey, foosball, 14-in-1 arcade machine, or the brand new skee-ball game! For those looking to unwind, relax in the hot tub surrounded by lush and peaceful woods or enjoy the fresh mountain air on one of our two private decks. Upper and lower decks are surrounded by woods with beautiful colors in the fall. Spend cozy evenings by the fireplace, perfect for gathering around with loved ones after a day of exploring.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials. A nearby grocery store makes it quick and easy to stock up on anything you need. Bring the charcoal, fire up the grill, and enjoy a barbecue. A coffee pot and Keurig are provided for your convenience.

Stay Connected
With WiFi speeds up to 500 Mbps, you can easily stay connected or stream your favorite shows on the TVs in all rooms, which are set up for convenient streaming. The downstairs bedroom even includes a dedicated workspace for those who may need to get a little work done during their stay.

Active Black Bear Area
The entire Gatlinburg area is frequented by black bears. Please be bear aware and keep an eye on your surroundings so as not to surprise them. Don't leave any food in vehicles and keep them locked at all times. Never feed the bears and always keep all garbage properly stored in the bear-proof cage.

Guest access
Full cabin access and 3-4 parking spaces.

There is one locked owner's closet located in the downstairs bedroom. Please do not attempt to open.

Other things to note
No early check-in or late checkout without authorization. Fees will occur for failure to vacate on time.

Extra cleaning fees will be charged for excessive cleaning, smoking/vaping, moving of furniture, or littering off of the decks. Please help keep our woods free of trash.

Absolutely no pets. Extra charge of $300 for violation.

Hot tub use is at your own risk! The host is not responsible for any injuries from use. No children under 7.

Missing or damaged remotes for the outdoor lights will be charged a replacement fee.

Bunk bed use is at your own risk. No horseplay, no children under 7 on top bunks.

No fires or open flames in undesignated areas, to include candles.

No parties as per Airbnb policy.
