The clean home is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. There are comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Hosts are quick to respond. They resolved an issue that we had with the microwave within an hour of contacting them. Their housekeeping staff were very polite. We enjoyed having the water bottles that was supplied at each bedside to quench our late-night thirst. Ice cube trays were ready with ice. Bring your champagne to cheer in the sunsets! A couple of things to keep in mind for this home. It is an attached townhome that allows dogs. Please be aware that the guests in the attached home may leave their dogs and no one is there to calm them down. We were unable to control the backyard lights. We either had the hanging Edison bulbs that were constantly color changing or the wall sconce on. After contacting the hosts. They were able to remotely change the color changing lights to only have the wall sconce on. Overall, this place is a great seaside getaway!

My daughter and I stayed here with my daughter's best friend/roommate and her mom. We had a perfectly fabulous time! Best airbnb that I have stayed at - spotless clean, so convenient for the beach! The listing said steps away from the beach - I counted them - 35 steps to about 7 stairs and you are there. You can see the ocean and beach from the house. The layout is very nice with the common area and then one full king a few stairs below with a full bath and one full king a few stairs above with a full bath. Both have a porch/patio as does the common area. There is also the cutest loft on the 4th level with a 1/2 bath. Although it was cold so we didn't get much warm beach time, there are 6 folding beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella and two body surf boards. I think my favorite part was that we could sit on the beach and zip down to the house for the next beverage and not have to pack a cooler! Totally would reserve again - all of us felt that way!

We had the BEST family vacation at Lisa’s place!! The location is PERFECT!! Walk to the beach, walk to the park, walk to In and Out to get a burger!! Lisa was clear in her directions and check-in was a breeze!! We enjoyed all the cozy comforts at her place!! My kids loved having their space to binge watch tv, take afternoon naps, skateboard outside, walk to the beach to watch sunsets and play in the water. We even got to help protect a northern elephant seal pup that was stranded on the beach with the guidance from (the Channel Islands Marine Wildlife Institute). We cooked meals at home and had the best time just hanging out with family. I highly recommend her place and we will definitely stay again!!

The house was wonderful. It was spacious and full of light. It was immaculate and free of clutter. All the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking pots and pans. There was a supply of all the paper products that we might need. The host Lisa could not have been better, she was responsive and thoughtful. She even supplied us with 2 packages of "goodies" for the storm that was coming to the area. She included several flashlights, water filter pitcher, and a wonderful Bodum press complete with coffee in case the power went out. Truly above and beyond! The location was excellent. The house was very close to several nice beaches. It was a quick drive to Ventura for some very good restaurants. It was a very pleasant stay overall and we were sorry to have to leave!

First and greatly appreciated was the attention to detail Lisa provided at the home. Looking for the description of a super host? Lisa is the definition. Nothing was left out to make our stay comfortable and complete. Seeking a kitchen utensil, condiments, cookware or storage it was there. Extra supply of every necessary basic was included. We felt like we were personal guests of Lisa. Truly welcomed. Beyond the beauty of the location, the great house, it was Lisa's efforts to make us feel special, much as if we were close friends or family. The experience and host were superior to most in this industry. Thanks, Lisa, for a most memorable stay! We definitely will have you recommend our next home when visiting your area. Great location, very close to the beach! The interior is beautifully designed, the furniture and appliances are brand new, and the unit was very clean. Upon arrival, the space seemed smaller than expected, however we discovered during our stay that the size was perfectly fine for 3 adults. The only downside was the thin ceiling. We rented out the ground unit and we could hear the footsteps of the person and her four-legged friend above us. (There are four units in one building-- 2 on the ground floor and 2 on top). However I wouldn't consider that to be a deal breaker because we still had a great time. We would like to come back in the future-- but next time we would opt for the second floor unit. There is a dedicated parking spot for each unit which is a big plus because the house is located on a narrow street with very limited street parking. Lisa, the host, was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. The guidebook that she put together is very organized and helpful.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisa's home. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was incredibly well-appointed with fantastic amenities that everyone enjoyed – from the fully stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, fun games, beach equipment to the comfortable beds. The accommodations were perfect for our family, offering plenty of space and comfort. We were especially grateful for how welcoming the home was to our two French bulldogs – it's always a relief to find such a pet-friendly place where our furry family members are genuinely considered. And the access to the beach? Simply fantastic! It was so convenient to be able to walk right out the door and be on the sand in 2 minutes. We made countless memories strolling by the water and letting the dogs play. We highly recommend this Airbnb for any family traveling with pets and looking for a relaxing and enjoyable get away.

This house was amazing. The house seemed larger in person than I thought it looked in the pictures. There are great little nooks, balconies, and a roof top deck that were fun to hang out on. The house was set up with everything needed to cook meals. There were extra items in the bathroom cabinets in case you forget something. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space around the house to have privacy when needed since we were a large group. If you have a large group or a family reunion, this was a great location. There was easy access to the beach directly across the street. If you need a smaller beach without waves because of little kids, there is a beach about 4 blocks away that is protected by jettys (marina section) where the water is also a little warmer. If you are in to outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, and kayaking, this is a great place to stay.
