Ellijay vacation rentals

We loved our stay in this cabin! The location is perfect - beautiful view, close to a nice grocery store (Ingles), 15 min from blue ridge and 1 hr from Helen. It is decorated flawlessly, very clean, very well thought out, with our every need anticipated and provided for us. It has comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. My kids loved the game room and bunn beds and my toddler loved the custom toddler bedroom they built-in to the master. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook thanksgiving dinner for my family. We enjoyed an outdoor fire and made s’mores. The owners were so responsive and helpful. They did a great job with this cabin and outfitted it perfectly to welcome guests. It was so peaceful and quiet there yet close to everything fun we wanted to do to explore north Georgia. I would 100% recommend staying here and can’t wait until we can come back.

Loved having hair dryers that were great quality! 6. Beautiful area, great for walks. 7. Roomy, fun games to play and comfortable furniture to hang out. 8. I can’t stop thinking about the view. Even though it was cloudy and rained fifty percent of the time, the amenities kept everyone busy engaging in playing pools, table tennis, arcade games, air hockey or just relaxing on the terrace. I was amazed at all the stuff that Lee provided in his place. There were smokers, BBQ grill, fireplaces, electric kettle, Keurig, along with a regular coffee maker, board games, etc. I had a 5yr, 10yr, 14yrs boys along with 8 adults and 2 babies. The place was roomy and well cooled. The only challenge we had with the place was the bathrooms. On the 3rd floor where the game room is located has a room with a king size bed and a master bathroom. Adjacent to it is a small room with a queen bed but no access to a bathroom. Main floor or 2nd floor has a room with a king bed and a bathroom which is accessible from the bedroom or hallway, so this is a bathroom that locks out the bedroom when you use it or locks out the hallway when used by the bedroom occupants. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds with pull out twins from under it. (Trundle). These two rooms share an independent bathroom downstairs. All in all this place is definitely a 5 star. Lee was a very accommodating host.

We booked this trip in celebration of my husbands birthday as well as to look for properties for us to move to Northern Georgia. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The host thought of everything!! Forgot your toothbrush not a problem. They had soap and shampoo and everything you would need if you brought kids. We brought our furbabies and they had special covers on the couch and clean bowls for them as well as a pooper scooper. They had water bottles in the fridge as well as numerous snacks. Driveway is a little steep but my husband figured it out and it was no issue. Great stay!

We stayed at Maria's over Thanksgiving (Wednesday-Saturday) and throughly enjoyed our stay. Maria was very helpful when it came to getting the fireplace turned on and was always very responsive to my messages. I told my husband I don't think I've ever talked to an Airbnb host as much but she was so nice! We enjoyed the hot tub outside and the fire pit (perfect for S'mores!) and I loved the fireplace and kitchen inside. We even cooked our Thanksgiving meal here. We were 2 adults and 2 children and the sleeping arrangements were perfect with the trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom. There was even a washer and dryer, which we used to dry our suits and towels after the hot tub. Great location as well, halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, we easily visited both towns in the same day. In Ellijay, we had dinner at The Butcher and Bottle. In Blue Ridge, our girls like shopping at Juliana's Boutique and Lily and Coco. There was also a cute gingerbread village competition.
