Rocky Top Falls is a special place! The hosts are such awesome people and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We even got to take some photos of my niece in her stunning homecoming gown. AND the sunsets and sunrises are absolutely beautiful and must be seen in person! Don't hesitate to grab up a overnight stay here, fun family weekend gathering, or the absolute best - a one of a kind venue for your own perfect wedding or event!

For someone who tends to be disappointed with the cleanliness of most hotels and rentals, this was a pleasant surprise. The whole house was clean and comfortable. What a blessing when you’re trying to enjoy time away from home! Jennifer was so easy to work with. Great communication. Responded quickly. She answered all my questions, made suggestions for food and recreation, and made both check-in and check-out such a breeze. The bike shed was really helpful. The record player was fun. And the house had all the conveniences of home with a coffee pot, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, fresh linens, everything we needed! The only reason I gave four stars on “location and neighborhood” is bc I got a little nervous the first day we pulled in. The neighborhood kind of left something to be desired. And when we got to the house, the yard was overgrown. So I was worried what the inside would be like. But once we got in there, it was totally true to its description and reviews! And we had a great time. We just let the front yard contribute to the treehouse feel of the backyard which was beautiful and peaceful and lovely. I wouldn’t have even mentioned it if it hadn’t asked me to rate the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Really Nice!! We loved our stay. It was all we could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked anything you wanted including an Insta Pot (which I used). Really nice pots and pans and a induction cook top. Which I had never used before. Loved have one ordered for my kitchen smile ☺. Also ordered the same pots and pans they had. They worked great! If your a cook you will love it! The fishing was great! right off the shoals by the cabin. We caught and released sooo many!!Mostly rainbows and a couple of browns.There is a local ground hog that comes up on the bank every morning. We saw eagles and enjoyed the peacefulness. It is very quite there. Fires in the evening inside and out were fantastic. We brought our own wood but the owners did supply one time wood for the outdoor fireplace. This is our 4th visit to the cabin.It now has new owners and they have made so many nice improvements! The porch is fantastic with glass panels all the way around the railing that allows you to veiw the whole river when sitting on the porch. Very nice! Internet works great! Cellular not so much so we used wifi calling which worked great! There is a land line as well. It is a gated community but not crowded at all actually semi private!! We felt safe at all times.I highly recommend. The location the house, everything is fantastic! We loved and will be back! Chris was always quick to answer any questions you might have.We had fresh flowers and a basket of snacks awaiting us on our entry! Orange Juice and Small Milk in the fridge and the condiments you need. And a share pantry that had everything from flour, sugar, coffee etc Exceptional hosts! The property was beautiful. While we stayed here during the cooler months and did not use the pier, get in the water or use the boat lift, we enjoyed a lovely weekend. The owners are very helpful in explaining the details and available to help with whatever you need. The property was beautifully renovated and wonderfully appointed, and the pictures are exactly what you get. Most important to me was how clean this property was. Plenty of space with both upstairs and down living areas plus 2 large outdoor balconies that allowed us to enjoy both cool evenings and grill as well as beautiful sunrises over the water and taken in the warm sun mid-day. The owners have also provided more than what you traditionally get in a short-term rental. The kitchen contained not only plenty of plates and glassware but also enough cooking supplies as well as extras like spices (in case you forgot that one), tinfoil and plastic baggies. Although we brought our own, it was nice to know those kinds of items were there if we needed or ran out. The 2 coffee bars were great – plenty of items to get you started. And, boxes of Kleenexes were scattered throughout, and it was a quality brand with lotion! The bathrooms had traditional mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner and soap as well as makeup wash clothes and plenty of toilet paper and towels. While the driveway is steep, the owners coach you through the parking process. They made things very easy with their detailed communication on what to expect as well as responsiveness. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This hideaway is such a beautiful escape from the day to day, but yet you are so close to downtown and the commercial shopping district. Still not far from Dollar General, Gas Stations, restaurants and ease on/off of major highways. But you do not feel like you are near any of that. It is in a super quiet, zero-traffic place overlooking a beautiful lake with a river that runs through it! The owners are wonderful to work with and are Military/Veterans themselves. The atmosphere was so enjoyable for our group size. The place was well appointed and decorated. All of our needs were met and booking was easy, as well as the payment process. I will stay here again in the future!

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Stayed at my fair share of nice rentals but always wished it had this or that. This owner anticipated all our needs and then some! Excellenct location (private yet still very close to Petit Jean), clean, premium amenities, great communication, can't say enough about our wonderful stay! Highly recommend, wish we could give 10 stars!

Dragonfly was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back! We had 4 couples, so the 4 bedrooms worked perfectly. The entire place was really clean. My wife and I stayed in the room with the futon so there was plenty of room for our 2 year olds air mattress or a pack n play. Each couple had a trailer and there was plenty of room to park. The separate garage was great to keep stuff in that we didn’t want to leave on the trailers and we even parked a couple of our atvs in it over night. We used the charcoal grill out back and the fire pit for s’mores! Linda was an incredible host, communicated very well and quickly. She even let us know it was muzzleloader season and sent us directions to the trails.
