Hi! I’m Caitlin, your host at Shoreside Vacation Rentals. My husband, James, and I run a boutique co-hosting company based right here in beautiful Smithville, TN. We manage four thoughtfully curated vacation homes near Center Hill Lake – one of our favorite places! Traveling, boating, and creating memorable guest experiences are our passions.
