Welcome to your recently updated 600-square-foot suite. Occupying the back half of my home, this space was designed to be a relaxing, calm, and quiet sanctuary. Whether you are returning from work or a day of exploring the Lehigh Valley, you’ll find everything you need to recharge.

The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locking door at the end of a hallway for total privacy.

✅Features brand-new guest kitchenette with full microwave, custom climate-controlled UV skylight filters, advanced sound insulation, and an essential safety first-aid station.

Relaxation: Sink into the leather dual-reclining sofa or enjoy the breeze through magnetic door screens. An acoustic guitar is yours to use during your stay (with capo).

✅Tech & Media:
A 55" TV with a Polk Bluetooth soundbar and Roku (Sling TV, Prime, Pandora, Hulu). We also have an extensive DVD collection and an acoustic guitar for your use.

✅Smart Home: Use the Alexa device in the gym (please use the wake word "Echo" rather than "Alexa").

✅Comfort: Features a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a professional-quality dartboard, microwave, fridge & tray tables.

✅Meet Spud (Your Co-Host)

● I live with my senior dog, Spud. He is incredibly friendly and lovable!

● Your Choice: Interaction is entirely up to you. I can keep him completely separate behind a locked door.

● Privacy: If you’d like to meet him, leave the hall door open. If you prefer total privacy, simply keep the hall door closed.

● Check-in: I prefer to meet you and introduce you to Spud in person. If we can’t coordinate a time, there is a secure key lockbox on the back door.

✅Important Details

● Winter Stays: For stays longer than one day in winter, I will need to briefly access the room to refill the pellet stove. I will always coordinate this with you in advance to ensure you are not disturbed.

✅Bathroom: The bathroom door locks from the inside for your security (turning the handle from the inside releases the lock). There are hooks for personal items and a hair-dryer provided.

✅Storage: A 7-foot tall armoire with hangers & extra bedding and a coat/hat rack are available for your wardrobe. I also provide a drying rack for wet clothes, an iron and ironing board.

Guest access
✅Lock box with door key is at the back door (next to the garage). Parking is right in front, there is plenty of space to park.

✅Just follow the walkway around the left side of the house through the patio to the door at the very rear of the house (next to the garage). I will send the code before arrival. The key will open both doors to the suite (side door past the patio and back door with lock box).

✅Please come and go by the back door. There is a key lock box for which there is a 4 digit code.

✅There are outside lights you can turn on when going out for the evening. The switch is in the bedroom by the door. Please turn them off when turning in for the evening.

During your stay
✅The house is large enough for privacy. The bathroom is shared so we may encounter each other in passing. I don't plan to socialize but myself and my dog, Spud are friendly. I also work nearby so I am always available if needed.

✅If you've met Spud feel free to grab a beer in the kitchen fridge and say hi. Otherwise reach out to me if you would like and we can meet, if not your stay can be completely contact free.

Other things to note
✅ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE/CIGAR SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. I host only non-smokers. I am 420 friendly but outside only please.

✅I prefer to meet you and introduce you to my dog. If you don't want to interact I will do my best to keep him separate but please understand some interaction may occur as we have a shared bathroom and yard area. For total privacy please keep the door to the suite closed. You will not meet Spud unless you want to, he is restricted to the front of the house while we have guests, unless you choose to meet him.

✅Spud may bark if I am not home when you arrive, just say his name and he'll calm down. He is very friendly and loves to meet guests who are open to it.
