Cozy 3.5-Room Apartment "Sper Prada" is located in the center of Churwalden. The Heidbühl mountain railway is just a few steps away and provides direct access to the beautiful Lenzerheide/Arosa holiday region.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for families and groups. It is well connected to public transportation and shopping facilities are located right next door. Several good restaurants are within walking distance.

For swimming and relaxation, guests can enjoy the outdoor pool in Churwalden or visit Lenzerheide, which offers an excellent indoor pool and spa, as well as a beautiful lake.

Laundry facilities and a ski storage room are available in the basement. Parking spaces are conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Flexible sleeping arrangements: More beds are available than the maximum number of guests permitted. However, the maximum occupancy limit must not be exceeded. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
