Our property Rehwiesa A11 is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment with a double bed and two folding beds in the living room.



The apartment is located in the Rehwiesa building on Maranerstrasse. Guests have direct access to the ski slope from Prätschli or take the bus from the bus stop right in front of the building. The building also has a swimming pool available to guests during the winter and summer season (please inquire about availability) It is an ideal and cozy apartment with a very good location and parking, in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the Obersee and the train station and fully equipped for a vacation in Arosa.

Location

In a quiet residential area near Maranerstrasse, opposite the bus stop and right next to the Prätschli ski slope. Only a few minutes' walk from the train station and the Obersee.

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.

The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.

Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies. Apartment Layout and Features
