Sundial Blue Beach House has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths up with an outside shower (hot/cold) down. The home is within walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and has direct beach access from car or golf cart from the neighborhood. Barrel 95-97 for reference.

The house is equipped with WIFI, full kitchen, and lots of entertainment!

The deck is extensive and has nice views of the gulf and bay with a sunset to die for! It is partially covered and comes with cafe lights for amazing nighttime glow.

Welcome to Sundial Blue Beach House! We are the hosts, Jim and Karenlin. We've been married for over 15 years (together for over 24 years) and have 3 amazing children (ages 13, 9, 5). We truly value time with our family and cherish making memories together. We fell in love with Crystal Beach the moment we arrived on the peninsula many years ago, so we purchased this beach house as a retreat and love to share it with other families to create memorable moments for all generations. We hope you and your guests enjoy this beach house as much as we do!
