Fort Myers Beach vacation rentals

I cannot say enough great things about our trip to Ft. Myers staying at Blue Lagoon. The home is beautiful and the pool/back patio was amazing. We were outside for hours on end. While inside we enjoyed everything about the house. There is a great deal of attention put into the decorating and space. There were four adults and on child that stayed for the week. We had more than enough room. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything that you may need. If you are looking to go to the beach, the downstairs storage closet has a cart, umbrellas, chairs, and toys to take along. Walking is about a ten minute walk. Being outside at the pool was such a blast. We spent hours there daily. Whether you want sun or shade, you will be comfortable. We did make the drive over to Sanibel Island to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend taking the 20 minute drive over. The water was great and we found so many fantastic shells. Thanks for a great week!!! We look forward to another visit!!

We booked this property for our family vacation after our initial choice in Marco Island unexpectedly cancelled. I was worried we wouldn’t find anything, but this property was open and had great reviews so we went with it—and let me tell you, things definitely do happen for a reason. Brad and Shelley were amazing from our first interaction with them to check-out. These property owners manage the property impressively well, and don’t miss a beat. Before we even arrived, we were notified the A/C was serviced and if any issues were to occur they would have someone over ASAP. It wasn’t an issue at all, but it was definitely reassuring to have Shelly check on us through the first day to make sure all was working. The property has it all and some! The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, drink glasses, and even fun cocktail plastic ones ones we took poolside. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use, as well as a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas for use as well! The amenities in the pool area were perfect for our stay: retractable awnings for shade, gas grill, pool floaties and noodles, etc. Sleeping arrangements were stellar as well. The top floor has four of the bedrooms, and the main floor has the twin beds. The sofa bed on the ground floor wasn’t the best compared to the rest of the rooms, but they have made an effort to boost the comfort with a mattress topper provided. I haven’t really found an amazingly comfortable sofa bed, but this one is about as good as they can get. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay and we have Brad and Shelley to thank for that. Great beach town with lots of great eateries and experiences to check out. Shout out to the welcome book they gave us with recommendations! It was a great resource. Don’t think twice about this place, you won’t regret it. If we’re back in Fort Myers Beach, this is the place to be.

My husband and I and our 6 children (pre-teen and teenagers) had an amazing stay. The home wad absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feeling like home. This was the perfect place for our quiet beach getaway. Super close and walkable distance to the beach and the home comes with everything you need (beach chairs, wagon, towels and umbrellas). We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out and enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunrise. When we weren't at the beach we were in the beautiful pool, I personally loved the sun deck, I was able to lay and enjoy the sun with my daughter's. That Florida sun in July can be brutal! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. They made sure we were fully informed the entire process, answered all our questions quickly and were so helpful and kind. We will absolutely be recommending this stay to our friends and family! Thank you again to Randy and Juliana!

Really a great place. Very large as advertised, and VERY well equipped. Valerie and Blair noticeably make it a point to provide all the essentials for successful trip. We are a family or 6, so having ample supplies of towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, and cooking essentials made a huge difference from some other stays we've had where we have to wash all the dishes every time we eat or had to juggle bath and beach towels each day. There were lots of spaces and places for everyone to be. Lots of dining space, a kitchen area to work and hang out in, and the porch was big enough too. Not going to pretend it was a "beach view", but you could see some water between the houses across the street. The place is in great shape. Some others have commented that it needs updating. We don't feel that way at all. The kitchen is a very well maintained time capsule of the 1970-80s and we wouldn't touch it! The whole place has everything you need where it counts. They provide all the kitchen things to work with. 2 full bathroom were great. The BIG new washer & dryer were super handy. They provided soaps, shampoos, dishwasher tablets, etc... to get you started on the right foot. Beach essentials (chairs, wagon, cooler) too! As far we could tell, the TV had every service loaded onto it. Internet was fast an easy. Location is great if you are looking for that quieter end Estero Island and it's a very quick on/off the island without dealing with the FMB traffic further north. The walk to the beach is a few blocks in either direction and no big deal - especially since they provide the wagon! The closest strip of some retail is not too far a walk either. Overall, highly recommended!

This home has been beautifully restored after the terrible devastation of Hurricane Ian. Although empty lots and construction can still be seen all around the area, this home is definitely a little piece of normalcy returned. Exceptionally clean, super comfy bed and with all the conveniences needed to enjoy our two week stay. As described, there are two beach access points very close to the home and with most resorts not open yet the beach at this end of the island is quite empty. Beach chairs/umbrella available on site to bring with us. We didn’t have a car for our first week but the trolley is running hourly and for 75 cents, it was perfect for getting to and from Time Square for the busy beach, dinner, sunsets and drinks. Both Valerie and Blair were both wonderful hosts and were quick to respond any time we reached out. Five+ hosts in a five+ home! We’ll be back! Diane and Larry

Our experience with this rental and host was excellent! The place was beautiful, just as in the pictures, and extremely clean. The home was stocked with everything we needed, except for our food, clothing, and toiletries. Beach chairs, toys, wagons, and bikes were all available for use. The pool was beautiful and the spa was relaxing. We were able to literally walk across the street and access the beach/ocean. It was a quiet, peaceful area and there were many things to do and delicious places to eat. Valerie provided excellent communication and was extremely responsive to any questions/needs we had. We only came for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely would stay at this place again...hopefully in the near future.

My family and I loved your home, had everything we needed for some family R&R. We could relax around the pool, have some fun in the sun at the beach and prepare some family meals together. The home was nicely furnished and looked new. We loved the separate sleeping areas, perfect for a large family like ours. Location is perfect, not too close to the action, but always a short drive away. Look forward to our next trip to Ft Meyers, we would love to stay there again. Rick and Heather
