We often take time to do things on vacation that we never find time for in our normal day-to-day life. This may include picking wildflowers along the roadside. Somehow these roadside "weeds" look very pretty collected and displayed in a vase on your table.

However, there is a wildflower that looks like a yellow version of Queen Anne's Lace, a very broad white airy looking and roadside-prolific flower. The yellow version is a different plant called Poison Parsnip. The sap within this yellow flowering plant can cause burns similar to second-degree sunburns when your sap-covered skin is exposed to sunlight!

Read more on our blog post about Poison Parsnip. It's best to enjoy the wildflowers where they grow.
