About Steve

Hello from Steve & Kyristen!! The ocean has played such a beautiful role in our lives. From our first date, spent walking along the shore at sunset, to raising our eight children steps from the sand. Through the years, several generations of our family have made precious memories in Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Atlantic Beach, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Carolina, and Kure Beach.
Of all these, Topsail Island and North Topsail Beach have captured our heart with it's multi-tone, clear blue water and golden shimmering sand. A family-oriented community, where time moves at a bit slower pace. We're so excited to share it with you and your family!
