When you stay at Heartshire Retreat you are not staying in 'an airbnb'. It is not hotel. It is not an ordinary vacation rental!

I hope it is a place that you will love so much, that you will choose to stay  here in the years to come. 

Please park inside the garage whenever possible. Guests with longer vehicles may need to park at a diagonal. 

 I will send you an email invite through the Aladdin Connect app which will provide you with the ability to open and close the garage door with your smart phone.   The invite will come from mailrelay@exosite.com and will read "An invite shared garage access" in the subject line.

Cupboards on the left side of the garage must remain accessible at all times. Guest possessions may NOT be stored inside the garage. 

Note that the driveway is somewhat steep. Longer vehicles may hang over onto the street. (this is fine)

For safety reasons do not park your car directly on the street in front of the home on Sand Trout Ct. There is NO parking in the cul-de-sac. The way must remain clear at all times for emergency vehicle access to the cul-de-sac. 

You may also park on the street on Coyote Lakes Parkway. Note that since it is a main road within the housing community, there is heavy foot traffic that uses the bike path along this road.

For entry through the garage, I use the Aladdin Connect smart phone app. You will be emailed an invite that will provide you with the ability to sign up for the app  so that you can use your smartphone to open and close the garage door as needed. Bluetooth needs to be enabled.

No more than 3 vehicles are permitted per guest group. 

RV's, trailers, moving vans, and/or work vehicles are not permitted to park overnight in the community. 

I'll provide the key code needed to gain entry in the 24 hours leading up to your stay. Security deposits and other fees must be paid in full before the home address and key code are sent.

Key codes will not allow entry before the stated check in time so if you need earlier arrival, it must be previously arranged and is subject to property availability.

For entry through the front door, I use the August Smart Lock, Connect, & Keypad. 

Enter the key code and then press the red button at the bottom of the keypad.

THE RED BUTTON ALSO PROVIDES THE ABILITY TO "ONE CLICK" LOCK THE DOOR WHEN LEAVING.

Additional Items for Your Safety & Protection

Ring doorbell camera captures video and audio of the front door. 

Package delivery is allowed to the home, however, guests are encouraged to be home when it is to be delivered. 

The local UPS office offers mailbox services Phone:

 for some helpful info on restaurants, shops, and other things to do in the area.

Trash service comes around early Wednesday morning. 

Bins should be placed out to the street Tuesday evening and returned to the garage on Wednesday evening. 

Bins cannot be left out past Wednesday evening. If you do not wish to place them out, please let me know. I’m happy to come by to do it. I live nearby. It’s no bother.

Smart TV: Press NETFLIX button on the remote control to access Netflix. Press the HOME icon button to access other streaming apps such as Hulu. Use the ‘input’ button to select. Sorry, there is no cable TV. 

Master Bedroom
 The retreat-like master bedroom has a plush king size bed and a full en-suite bath which includes a step-in shower and separate oval garden tub. 

The walk in closet provides ample space to hang clothes and store luggage. Store clothes in the gorgeous wood antique writers desk. Peak inside one of the many drawers and discover the secrets it holds within!

The Dream Room
 Sleep in quiet comfort in the Dream room on a queen size Tuft & Needle mattress. The room has a full size closet, 6 dresser drawers, and a Smart TV with Netflix.

​The Crown Room
 Settle down for the night in the Royal Room and sleep like a Queen. The queen size bed has a 
box spring, Tuft & Needle mattress & a pillow topper for extra comfortable softness. This room has a full size closet, and 4 bedside drawers for storing clothing.

All towels are clean. Extras can be found in the closet in the hallway. There are some toiletries in the bathroom cabinet if you are in need of them. Feel free to use but leave extras for other future guests. Toilets are low water flow so please take care not to put too much toilet paper down the toilet in a single flush. All sanitary products, wipes, or paper towels should be placed in trash bins provided. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom drawer in the master bathroom.

Please do not use white washcloths or towels to remove make-up. Colored towels, wash cloths and pre-moistened towelettes have been provided for this use. 

There is a Next thermostat installed in the hallway to the bedrooms. I’ve got the A/C set on a schedule to return to 76 degrees  throughout the day and lowering to 72 as nighttime approaches. if at any time you would like the schedule adjusted, you can send a text to 623-293-8870 and indicate the best temperature for you and we'll adjust it for the length of your stay. 

Make sure all doors and windows are closed fully at all times to prevent cool air from escaping. 

You will find all the basics for cooking. Feel free to use anything in the fridge or pantry. There is a coffeemaker on the counter. Mugs, coffee, creamer, sugar and filters can be found in the cabinet just above the coffee maker. 

Dishwasher pods can be found under the kitchen sink. Please set the dishwasher to run the last day of your stay so that the dishes can be put away when the cleaning crew arrives for the property turnover. Thank you.

There are laundry pods and dryer sheets on the shelf above the washer and dryer. Please remember to remove lint from the filter before drying. Do not overload. Do not use fabric dyes or other chemicals to treat clothes. 

If playing or sitting outside, please be conscious that, voices carry due to the block wall construction. Quiet time is 10 PM. 

To help keep bed covers and furniture in top condition, please cover furniture with the pet blankets found in the linen closet Keep doors to all bedrooms closed to avoid spread of animal hair onto bed linens.. Thank you! 

Any items damaged by pets will be charged to the guest. Please keep pets quiet and try not to leave unattended in the home if possible. Please be sure to pick up after your pets. Bags have been provided for your convenience.

You may on occasion hear loud air traffic going over the house. This is because the fighter jets from Luke Air Force Base are on a training run. They follow the path of the river bottom which is just to the west. Enjoy the sound of freedom as you watch their tricky close flight formations! 

If anything gets broken or stained during your stay, it’s not a big deal but please let me know so that I can get it cleaned/fixed right away.
