1. Ensure HDMI cables are pushed all the way in the ports at back of TV

2. Point Hargray remote between middle of TV & cable box and push "System On/Off" button. If TV turns on but cable does not or the TV says no signal you will need to manually press the power button on the cable box. TV & cable box are now synced and the "System On/Off button" will turn both on or off at the same time.

3. Press the home button (looks like a house) at top of Roku remote. From there you should see the "Cable TV" app in the app section

4. In double queen room: Press the input button (between Netflix & Amazon) and select "set top box" to watch cable tv. To use the apps, press the button that looks like a house with "Recents" under it.

5. Check to make sure wifi is on, if not you may need to unplug power cord from back of rounter and plug back in for a reset. It's in the TV cabinet. Give it a minute or so to reboot.

6. Still not working? Unplug the TV and plug back in for a restart.

7. Still not working? Call me and I'm happy to facetime you for further troubleshooting.
