North Georgia Wineries and Vineyards
There’s nothing like spending a Sunday afternoon sipping wine at one of the local vineyards in north Georgia. Many in Ellijay are within a few miles of one another, so you can do tasting hops. Or just sit and enjoy a glass or bottle of your favorite wine which listening to a local musician or just enjoying the scenic view. In the Spring, you can take part in the annual Wine Highway Week where you pay one fee and spend the week visiting participating vineyards in north Georgia.
