Kayak or canoe on the peaceful section of the Buffalo River

The Buffalo River winds through much of middle Tennessee and is very popular and crowded in some spots. The area north of I40 is much quieter and is only accessible with one outfitter.

Love of water and the lake life lead to being in the Waverly area on Kentucky Lake. I love the outdoors and have been kayaking on the rivers around Waverly for ten plus years. We enjoy travelling and have stayed in many wonderful private vacation rentals around the country over the years. I started hosting short term vacation rentals and short term corporate housing in Nashville Tennessee in 2016 and have enjoyed meeting people from around the world and sharing Middle Tennessee treasures with my guest. Just starting in Waverly in February 2022.
