Suites by the Sea is perfectly located in mid-coast Maine, right across the street from Lincolnville Beach. Head to Camden Hills State Park, just 4 miles away, for scenic hiking trails. Don’t miss the incredible panoramic views of Camden Harbor and the islands of Penobscot Bay from the top of Mount Battie—hike or drive to the summit!

For shopping enthusiasts, the Maine Artisans’ shop is right below your suite, offering unique, handcrafted items made by local artists.

Venture south to explore Camden and Rockland, where you’ll find more shops, restaurants, schooner and windjammer cruises, lighthouses, and museums. Heading north, visit the charming seaside town of Belfast for shopping, dining, a harbor walk, or a schooner ride. For a grand adventure, continue on to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to experience Maine’s iconic rocky coastline.

After a day of exploring, return to your cozy suite and unwind. The studio features a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, an electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a private balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay. Notes:

The suite is located on the second floor, up one flight of outdoor stairs (no elevator).

We’re located on Route 1, so light sleepers may hear traffic noise. Running the AC, watching TV, or using the sound machine can help minimize it.

A security camera monitors the entrance hallway serving four apartments.

A car is essential to fully explore the area.

Guests must sign a Renter’s Agreement, which will be emailed after booking. Door codes will not be released until the agreement is signed
