Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any indication that smoking has taken place will automatically incur an additional $600 cleaning fee.

Smoking is allowed anywhere outdoors, making sure to dispose of all ash and cigarette ends properly.

Smoking cigarettes or vaping is absolutely forbidden. The cleaning staff as well as the owners are all non-smokers and will be able to tell if smoking has taken place. If smoking has taken place, an extra cleaning fee of $600 will be charged. You are allowed to only smoke outside in the patio not in the front of the house.
