The space
This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo. The maximum occupancy is 8 people at all times, and only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
The main bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin trundle. The living room has a sleeper sofa, giving flexible sleeping space for families or groups.
The living area is open and practical, with a smart TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, whether you're cooking meals or just making coffee before heading out.

Guest access
On your arrival day, you will receive keyless entry instructions just before 4:00 PM CST for an easy and contact-free check-in.

The condo is located within a shared residential complex, not a private standalone property.

Guests are welcome to enjoy community amenities such as the pool and common outdoor areas.

HOA Parking Fee - $5 per stay.

Other things to note
This unit is located on the second floor of a multi-unit building. While there is no unit above you, some sound from neighboring units may still be heard.

Linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as paper products, soap, and detergents. For longer stays, additional items may be needed.

Beach toys and some beach equipment like umbrella is included.

HOA Parking Fee - $5 per stay.
Parking restrictions are strictly enforced. Trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted within the complex.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Parties, loud gatherings, and disruptive behavior are not allowed at any time.

This property is not beachfront and offer pond view. The nearest public beach access is approximately a short drive away.

The community includes both full-time residents and short-term guests. Exterior improvements may occasionally be in progress and are managed by the HOA.
