What does Houfy cost? Free, Lite and Premium explained

Houfy has three plans — Free, Lite and Premium — and charges 0% commission on bookings on all of them. You keep 100% of your nightly rate on every plan. Free costs nothing beyond a one-time $5.99 host verification fee for your account. For a single listing, Lite is $9.99 a month and Premium $14.99 a month billed monthly; paying yearly costs $95.88 and $143.86, which works out at $7.99 and $11.99 a month - a saving of 20%. These are not flat per-listing rates: the price is set by how many listings you manage, and the rate per listing falls as you add more. Property managers connecting through a PMS or channel manager pay no monthly fee; on listings imported from some channel managers the guest pays a 5% API connection fee instead.

That is the price for one listing, billed monthly. Billed yearly, one listing is $95.88. The price is a bracket table keyed on how many listings you manage, and it is not linear - two listings on Lite is $13.98 a month in total, not twice $9.99, and ten is $33.96. Use the listings selector on the pricing page to see the figure for your own account. The published table runs to 20 listings; if you manage more than that, contact us.
Two limits worth knowing before you rely on the Airbnb price import: it does not work when smart pricing is enabled on Airbnb, and it does not import promotions or discounts you have set up there.

Using a PMS or channel manager — $0 per listing per month
If you manage your listings through a connected PMS or channel manager, there is no monthly subscription fee. It includes unlimited listings, automated sync and priority support.
On listings imported from some channel managers - Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, OwnerRez and Rentals United - the guest pays a 5% API connection fee on their total instead, once you have a payment processor connected. It is a separate line on the guest's bill, shown as API connection fee, and is not a cut of your nightly rate. With no payment processor connected it is not charged at all.
How to see or change your plan
Click your profile picture in the top right and select Houfy Pay, or go straight to https://www.houfy.com/houfypay
On the Overview tab you will see your current subscription and payment method.
Click View Plans to compare Free, Lite and Premium and pick a different one.
To stop a paid plan, click Cancel Subscription, then confirm in the window that appears.
A paid subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again on your next billing date. If you are still inside a free trial, cancelling ends the trial and its access immediately — so if you want the full trial, cancel on its last day.

Does Houfy take a commission on my bookings?
No. Houfy charges 0% commission on every plan, including Free. Guests pay you directly through your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account.
