How to Reset Custom Calendar Pricing to Base Settings
Clear per-date overrides and restore your main pricing defaults
Última atualização 23 de agosto de 2026
Go to Manage Listings, open the listing and click Calendar.
Click Settings in the calendar toolbar (the gear icon) and open the Advanced tab. Below "No other iCal/external calendars" you will find Reset Calendar Pricing with a red Reset... button. You do not need to click Edit first - the Reset button works from the read-only view as well.
A popup opens with a checkbox for each field you can clear:
Price per night
Minimum stay
Maximum stay
Check-in restrictions
Check-out restrictions
Weekend price
Weekend day
Additional guest fee (seasonal)
Additional guest after (seasonal)
Additional guest fee per night
All ten are ticked by default. Untick anything you want to keep, or use Select all at the top to clear the lot and start again. Then click the red Reset button at the bottom - it shows how many fields you selected, for example Reset (10).
Two things to know before you press it
It only affects today and future dates. Custom values on dates that have already passed are left alone, so your history is safe.
It cannot be undone. The selected fields go back to your main pricing for every future date at once, so if you only want to fix a handful of days it is safer to click those dates on the calendar and edit them there.
There is no separate "Changeover days" checkbox. Changeover days are stored with your check-in and check-out rules, so tick Check-in restrictions and Check-out restrictions to clear them.
Reset does not unblock dates. Blocked dates are separate - to reopen them, click the dates on the calendar, open the Block tab and choose Unblock Dates.
