How to change the city of my listing?

Go to Manage Listings, open the listing you want to change, then click Overview > Location in the left menu.

1. In the Address & Map section at the top of the page, click into the City box and start typing your city.

2. Pick your city from the dropdown that appears. This step is not optional - the city is saved only when you choose one of the suggestions. If you type the name and click away, the box keeps your text but nothing is saved, and the old city comes back when you reload the page.

3. Choosing a city recentres the map and moves the pin. Drag the pin to your property's exact spot, and check that the Address box just below still reads correctly. Both save on their own - you will see "Your changes have been saved" each time.

If the City box is greyed out: your listing is synced from Hospitable or OwnerRez, and its city comes from there. Either change the city in your channel manager and let it sync across, or switch listing sync off for that property under Channel Managers, after which the City box on Houfy becomes editable.
