How do I remove a fee on my listing?

1. Please select Menu > Manage Listings.

2. Select the listing you want to edit, and then click Edit.

3. Click Pricing from the left menu and click on Rates & Fees.

4. Scroll down to the Additional Fees section and click its header to open it - the sections on this page start closed.

5. Find the fee in the list and click the trash icon next to it.

The fee is removed straight away - there is no confirmation step, so check you have the right one first.

You can also open a fee with the pencil icon and click Remove at the bottom of the form.

If a fee has no trash icon, it came from a connected channel manager and is managed there. Remove or change it in that channel manager and it will update on Houfy at the next sync.
