How can guests submit a review?

Guests cannot start a review from your listing page - the review form has to be opened from a link you send them. There are two ways to get them there:

• Ask Houfy to email them. On the listing, go to Edit > Reviews, click Request a review, enter the guest's email address and click Send request. The guest receives an email with a link to the review form.

• Send the link yourself. In the same popup, use Share review link and click Copy, then send it however you like.

When the guest opens the link, the Write a review screen appears. They fill in the rating and their review, tick the box confirming the review is genuine, and click Continue to submit it.

Guests must be signed in to a Houfy account to leave a review - the link takes them to sign-in first, and a free account takes a minute to create.
