Can I review my guests?

Yes. You can review a guest once their stay is over. Open the reservation and use the Review Your Guest button - you rate communication, cleanliness, house rules and respect for the property, and add your own comments. There is no time limit, so older stays are still open to you, and your reviews are collected under My reviews.

Your review is private: the guest is not notified and can never read it, and it does not appear on your listing or profile. It is shown to another Houfy host only if that same guest enquires or books with them.

To reply to a review a guest left about your listing:

• Go to edit listing > Reviews

• Select the review you want to reply to

• Click "Write a reply"

• Write your reply and post it.
