Pompano Beach vacation rentals

From the moment we arrived at the Beautiful Home we where extremely Impressed how large and well manicured the property was .When we opened the front door and entered the house we where blown away by how open and Beautiful ,Clean and well equipped the home was ..You walk out the back of the house ,by the way witch is all glass windows and large doors that lets in the Beautiful natural light ..you walk thru the doors and there is this is this beautiful Heated pool...This entire pool area is very secluded ,private,And very Quiet...The pool area has everything you need ...Beautiful large gas barbecue ,large table ,plenty of chairs,everything you want....The pool area at night is lit up with lights ,soft lights,that make the back yard pool area a place to hang out and relax ,and maybe enjoy some cocktails ...Inside the house everything is wonderful.the bedrooms are huge ,plenty bathrooms ,large closets . There is so much room in this house to enjoy...We arrived January 16 and left on January 26 2019 ...The street is very Quiet so you do not have to worry about traffic noise because it a dead end street.THIS IS A VERY POSSITIVE THING..NO CARS NO NOISE TO KEEP YOU FROM NOT SLEEPING>>!!!believe me its all GOOD YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS PLACE...EVERYTHING you want is close by ..Great Resturants .the beach ,,The Bars and night life...I joind the LAfitness Gym when I was there and got a Two week memembership for $40 bucks...GYM was 10 minutes away..IF you need anything you can get in touch with the owner very easily...Sandra is aSweet heart ... Well what else can I say to convince you to JUMP on this place because it has Great dollar Value...BY the way ,I travel and stay in many places and I am a Fussy Guy ,so I know what I am talking about ...Good Luck ,Happy Travels From Joseph Kovach From New Jersey..

Just as advertised!! We spent all of February in this beautiful home just 1 mile from the beach. This property is just lovely and the location is superb! The house, though not large, seems roomy and is filled with light. Perfect for a couple and 2 kids. The decor is serene and “modern-beach house” (if that’s a thing)…thankfully no cheesy pelicans or palm trees lining the walls. The furniture is clean, stylish and comfortable, mattresses included, with high quality linens and pillows. Everything is made available for a relaxing stay…enough cookware and grilling utensils, lounges and outdoor furniture, beach chairs and toys. The pool is huge and is kept clean and in good repair. The location is great. We walked to the beach every morning. Pompano beach is really becoming a destination-clean and not crowded, with plenty of activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is diverse, which we like, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery. Convenient to 95 and 2 blocks from Federal (1). We have traveled extensively, both in the US and internationally, using Airbnb and VRBO. Cristina is, by far, the most responsive and helpful host we have had. Staying for a month, there will always be a few minor issues. She was always quick to respond and take care of it without hesitation. You don’t regret staying at the sun house. I miss it already ☀️

We had an amazing stay at Cristina’s place and she is a kind and responsive host. We stayed with our four young adult/teenage children and it was perfect for our family of six. The beach amenities were one of the reasons we chose Cristina’s place and they were perfect. We rode bikes to the beach and were able to bring beach chairs thanks to the backpack straps on them! We also enjoyed the pool for evening swims and cooling off. Her house had plenty of room to spread out while also having intimate gathering spots. Cute downtown Pompano is about 1.5 mile walk or quick uber ride away and had many nice restaurants and was a fun area to explore. There are also many shops, Starbucks, açaí bowl place, etc within closer proximity. We fell in love with Cristina’s home and Pompano Beach! Thank you, Cristina!

We have had at least 6-8 rentals for varying reasons. I have to say Aayush was hands down the most responsive, unbelievably responsive. We had an operator issue with the smart lock. I texted Aayush and he responded in less than a minute at 11:00 in the evening. We had to text him a few times for features such as turning on the waterfall. He always responded immediately. The house was exactly as advertised, warm welcoming, gorgeous, comfortable and fun. There are more interesting games we played than we saw in the photos. Everything worked flawlessly though we couldn’t start the hot tub but, again, I think that was user error. The pool guy—also friendly, nice and engaging, told us about the property book and said it worked. He suggested downloading an app. We didn’t (hint: we’re all retired). My last observations are, the neighborhood wasn’t just gorgeous, but quiet, eerily quiet, and beautiful. There was some music and children laughing from one behind us. We liked what they were playing. One of my companions shouted, “Turn it up!” They did and then back down. Also, everything you can imagine is 10 minutes away—literally everything. Some areas at the edge of the neighborhood and beyond weren’t as affluent but nothing too sketchy.Overall, 5 out of 5…OK, 6 out of 5!

Oasis was the perfect description for this airbnb. The photos were exactly as taken and even better in person. She added little personal touches and even had champagne and chocolates waiting upon our arrival. The architecture and aesthetic was nothing less than incredible. I am very picky about cleanliness and beds but the house was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, so much that I almost reached out for the brand. Cristina was also so friendly and quickly responsive to any of my questions. She provided a great handbook that listed her recommendations which was very helpful if you aren't familiar with the area. The only thing I will say is Pompano beach is more quiet and has less to do compared to surrounding areas, which was no surprise to us as we've stayed before. I recommend renting a car if you want to check out neighboring areas, ie Fort lauderdale was only about 22 mins as was delray. But no need to leave when you have a place like this!! Will definitely be back!

We checked out of another place after 2 nights and fortunately found this haven. The house has been recently remodeled and and we felt a sense of relief as soon as we walked in. The house was clean and beautiful. The layout of the house was thoughtful with three bedrooms on one side of the house, the living space and kitchen in the middle, and the master bedroom and bath opposite the other bedrooms. The pool was clean and the view of the river out the back of the house was beautiful. We felt at home and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The garage has been turned into a game room which we enjoyed and kept the kids busy when we had down time. We only did light cooking and had sufficient pots/pans/utensils. If someone were going to do more serious cooking it may be challenging but that typically is not the case on vacation for us. We booked last minute and hosts responded quickly. Would definitely return.

As another reviewer mentioned, pictures don't do this place justice! It's a VERY nice little airbnb. Great SAFE location. We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware (even some spices) which was nice because we brought a lot food to cook during our stay. Our 8 year old daughter did not want to leave, and on that note. the pull out mattress was actually extremely comfortable, surprisingly! Lots of beach toys and towels and chairs available in the closet for use which was great for us that that was mentioned because we didn't have to lug all of ours on our trip. Walking distance to the beach but we chose to drive and found a nice parking area by some showers and a bathroom at North Ocean Park a few blocks down. The pool is heated and well kept and we swam daily nightly very comfortably. We are already talking about our next stay at Mid-Mari!

This was our third year staying at Mid Mari and it wont be the last. 207 is the second unit we've rented from Frank and like 206 it was furnished well for all our needs. The condo was clean as a whistle when we arrived and had all the requirements for a good month in the Florida sunshine. Everything is provided - towels, facecloths, dishes, coffee maker, blender, spices for the BBQs, chairs and umbrella for the beach. As usual, the owner (Frank) pops in occasionally to ensure all is well and would rectify any issues quickly I'm sure but we've never had any issues in any of Frank's units so no worries there. The area around 13th street is safe even at night and my wife and I frequently will take a stroll in the evening over to the Intracoastal Waterway or up towards the Hillsboro lighthouse. There are several restaurants within walking distance and in truth if you wanted to stay there without a car it would be no issue. Lots of public transportation within walking distance and Publix is less than 2 miles away. Costco and Walmart are within 4 or 5 miles. If you like golf, the Pompano public courses are less than 2-3 mins drive away. Of course the beach is a short walk away and we spent many lovely afternoons on the beach. Anyway, another great stay, thanks to Frank for his hospitality and for ensuring that we had another great stay at Mid Mari. See you next November Frank!
